Overview
The PBL Custom Automation Division has designed and built an automatic Air Blowing, Filling, and Cap Welding machine for PP/PE plastic bottles for parenteral products. This machine is capable of cleaning, filling, and sealing PP/PE bottles ranging from 50ml to 1000ml. It can be integrated with existing bottle forming systems or included in a new production line. The new generation of the V-FILL PP/PE machine ensures the most reliable process, built on decades of experience with this type of equipment, offering top performance with a compact footprint.
