Overview

The line consists of four stations: de-stacking machine, washing machine,
needles assembling, container Nesting/Trays loading system, fully integrated for maximum productivity.
No body-to-body contact protects containers from cosmetic defects, particles, and contamination, thereby increasing production efficiency by way of fewer rejects.
Each production process uses state-of-the-art equipment.
Equipment can be integrated with LAF module with control to reduce risk for contamination and particle that allow the machine to work in ISO5 certified environment.
